Your user name is the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, and your four character employee number. Example: jsmith1234.
For new UHS employees, your assigned password is "uhsh" in lowercase with no quotes. After you sign in to MAXTRAX for the first time, you will be required to change your password and will be automatically directed to the password change screen. Follow the directions on this screen to change your password. Click submit when complete.
